6:00–7:00 AM — Sunrise yoga
7:00 AM — Nourishing breakfast*

2:30 PM — Rejuvenating massage

*All meals are organic, locally sourced, plant forward vegetarian or vegan. Adding extra plant based + egg proteins to your daily is an option.

The 4-Day Reboot runs Thursday to Monday. Arrival in Stinson Beach is between 1:30 and 2:00 PM on Thursday, and departure is at 10:00 AM on Monday. SFO is the suggested airport and is approximately one hour away by car. Detailed arrival information is provided upon booking.
