Time on the trail builds strength, endurance, and confidence in the body, while moments of restoration and hands-on care allow for deep recovery. Plant forward organic meals reconnect guests to the source of nourishment and the role it plays in sustaining vitality. This is a reset defined by intention rather than intensity—where physical strength is developed naturally, clarity is restored, and meaningful change takes hold. A quiet luxury experience that realigns the body, steadies the mind, and carries forward long after the journey ends.

The Daily

5:30 AM — Rise + morning tea
6:00–7:00 AM — Sunrise yoga to awaken body and mind
7:00 AM — Breakfast, nourishing and vibrant*
8:00 AM–1:30 PM — Guided nature immersive hike  - building strength each step of the way
2:00 PM — Plant forward lunch rooted in local agriculture, fresh and regenerative*
2:30 PM — Rejuvenating massage,  a pause to recover and reset
4:00 PM —  Time to rest and reconnect with self  -  optional strength focused movement class designed to empower and restore
6:00–7:00 PM —  Restorative yoga to release tension and bring calm
7:00 PM — Dinner featuring seasonal, locally sourced plant-forward cuisine*
7:30 PM onward — Sauna, hot tub, or quiet reflection, allowing the day’s journey to settle

Preparing For

Your Adventure

From your first step on the trail to your final sunrise yoga, every detail is thoughtfully handled so you can focus on what matters most—being present, exploring, and reconnecting with yourself.

This is a hiking-intensive, nature-led adventure, balancing challenge with restoration, strength with stillness, and movement with nourishment.

Guests can expect 8–10 miles of daily hiking on coastal trails with varied elevation—an intentional balance of challenge, discovery, and growth. Building strength, endurance, and perspective along the way. Alternate variations are available to accommodate for various fitness levels.

The 4-Day Reboot runs Thursday to Monday. Arrival at Stinson Beach is between 1:30–2:00 PM on Thursday; departure is 10:00 AM on Monday. The suggested airport is SFO – San Francisco International, approximately a 1-hour drive. Detailed arrival instructions are provided upon booking.

*All meals are organic, locally sourced, plant forward vegetarian or vegan. Adding extra plant based + egg proteins to your daily is an option.

At The Coast Ridge, our philosophy centers on sustained, low-impact movement in nature paired with yoga and core strengthening + clean nourishment—awakening the body’s natural intelligence building strength + muscle, supporting healthy fat loss, and physical awareness that creates a foundation that guests can realistically carry home into daily life..

The body was designed to walk..
Hiking builds strength, balance, stamina, and cardiovascular health while quieting the mind and opening space for creativity. In a fast-moving world, we often lose our rhythm. Time in nature helps us find it again. Here, we begin by placing one foot in front of the other. As breath and movement align, the trail becomes a moving meditation—bringing mind and body back into balance. Give yourself four days to tune in, shape up, and let stress fall away. Through intentional movement and immersion in nature, clarity sharpens, metabolism awakens, and the body cleanses naturally. This is a reset—grounded, physical, and deeply life-affirming.

 Stay

 

A stay with The Coast Ridge unfolds at a secluded private estate nestled into the hillside above Stinson Beach, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. This one-of-a-kind property serves as both home base and sanctuary—surrounded by gardens, quiet trails, and open sky, it feels far removed from the pace of everyday life. Days flow seamlessly between world-class hiking, garden strolls that reconnect guests to how food is grown, yoga in the studio, and deep restoration in the hot tub or sauna. Evenings invite reflection—tea on the ocean-facing deck, salt air, and a sense of earned calm.

Guests rest in thoughtfully appointed private rooms designed for deep comfort and quiet. Double rooms for those arriving together feature two beds and a private bath, while single rooms offer a serene private space with one bed and a shared bath. All rooms open to calming ocean views, allowing the rhythm of the Pacific to carry you into rest each night.


 

Nourish

Body + Soul

The 4 Day Reboot meals are designed to support energy, clarity, and sustained strength—never to weigh you down. Each day includes three thoughtfully portioned, nutrient-dense meals, along with trail snacks, crafted to fuel movement, recovery, and metabolic health. Our approach is plant-forward and whole-food based, complemented by high-quality plant & egg protein to provide essential amino acids that support lean muscle mass and metabolic function. We prioritize minimally processed, organic ingredients in their most bioavailable forms, focusing on nutrient density rather than calorie counting. Guests learn how balanced macronutrients, fiber-rich plants, and adequate protein intake work together to regulate appetite, enhance insulin sensitivity, and support long-term metabolic health. All meals are organic, gluten- and dairy-free. Crafted to deliver the micronutrients necessary for the body to thrive.

The result is steady energy, improved metabolism, and natural weight balance—supporting an approach to eating that promotes long-term health and resilience.

Yoga and exercise classes are key elements of our program.  Yoga is incorporated into every session to help focus energy and encourage healthy breathing on the trail.  Our exercise classes are focused on upper body and core strength to help lengthen and tone.
