FAQ

  • Guests are responsible for their own travel. The nearest airport is San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
    Arrival time is between 1:30–2:00 pm on arrival day @ Stinson Beach.

    A detailed packing guide will be sent after booking to ensure a smooth arrival.

  • On departure-Monday, one group drop-off is provided at SFO at 12:00 pm, with additional drop-offs at Tam Junction (north side of GGB) and the south end of the Golden Gate Bridge.

  • We can assist with arranging a private car service for early or unscheduled departures.

  • Comfortable hiking shoes or trail runners, a hydration pack (100 oz recommended), layered clothing for changing coastal conditions, sunscreen, rain gear, and comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and stretching.
    Yoga mats and hiking poles are provided.

  • Name, age, general health information, current medications, injuries, and activity level.

  • Yes. The 4 Day Reboot is ideal for solo travelers, pairs, and small groups, offering an easeful and intentional shared experience.

  • Groups are intentionally small, with 8–10 guests, allowing for personal guidance and a more connected experience.

  • All meals are chef-made, organic, and plant-forward—vegetarian or vegan, rooted in local agriculture and seasonal ingredients.
    Additional plant-based and egg proteins are available.

  • Most dietary needs and allergies can be accommodated. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.

  • The Bay Area has a Mediterranean climate that can shift throughout the day. Coastal fog, sun, wind, and seasonal storms are all possible.
    Layered clothing is essential.

  • Daily hikes range from 8–10 miles and can be modified based on individual fitness levels.
    We recommend increasing cardiovascular activity in the weeks prior to arrival.

  • Yes. A rejuvenating massage is included each full day to support recovery and integration.

  • Green tea and English tea (with caffeine) are available during the AM. Coffee is not served.
    This is an alcohol-free experience and an invitation to reassess daily rituals.

  • $4,400 USD per person. The price is all-inclusive.

  • A $2,000 deposit per person is required at booking.
    The remaining balance is charged 40 days prior to arrival.
    Bookings made within 40 days of arrival require full payment at booking.

  • Cancellations made more than 40 days prior to arrival incur a 10% fee. If you choose to apply your deposit toward a future stay within 18 months of your original cancellation date no fee will be charged.
    Within 40 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

    Our policies are intentionally firm to protect the integrity of the experience and ensure full support for every guest.

  • Group reservations require full payment 60 days prior to arrival.
    All group payments are non-refundable.
