 Please read carefully the terms and policies in the conditions of this contract. In placing an online payment, you agree to be bound by these conditions which constitute the agreement between you and The Coast Ridge LLC.

I. Reservations & Payment

4 DAY REBOOT DEPOSIT in full is required to reserve your spot in a program. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the start date of the program. Please note:: It is your responsibility to pay final balance when due. A reminder will be sent 30 days prior to arrival. If final balance is not paid when due, your spot may be forfeited, and no refund will be given. For group reservations, deposit in full is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment for group reservations is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

II. Cancellation Policy

4 DAY REBOOT If you choose to cancel for any reason, including but not limited to travel restrictions, injury, sickness covid related or otherwise, weather etc. you must notify The Coast Ridge in writing. Once notice is received, cancellation will be effective subject to the following conditions: If you cancel between 60-31 days prior to arrival, your deposit is forfeited. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, 100% of your deposit and the remaining balance of the total fee will be forfeited. We are happy to issue you a refund less 10% or transfer your payment to another available date with no fee, but only if we are able to book another guest in your spot. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged to all refunded payments. We strongly suggest the procurement of the proper travel insurance.

III. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.  It is your responsibility to ensure you are appropriately insured for the full duration of the retreat including but not limited to illness, injury, death, loss of baggage, loss of personal items and cancellation.

IV. Health and Fitness Requirements

You must be in in good physical and mental health to participate on our retreats. Our retreats may take place in locations either remote or with little or no access to medical services or hospital facilities for serious injuries or problems.  Medical and evacuation expenses will be the responsibility of the participant. We strongly encourage travel insurance. The Coast Ridge LLC reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse a participant the right to participate on the grounds of medical or fitness level, but not limited to.  Disclaimer:  Statements on our site have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These suggestions are not intended as a substitute for your physician. We can not guarantee all foods prepared for the coast ridge programs are dairy, nut or allergen free.

V. Changes, Delays, Postponement, Cancellation & Force Majeure

In the event The Coast Ridge LLC is prevented either directly or indirectly from performing any of its obligations under this agreement by reason of act of God, fire, earthquakes, strikes, trade disputes, breakdowns, interruption of transport, government or political action, acts of war, terrorism, acts or omissions of a third party or for any other cause whatsoever outside The Coast Ridge LLC’s reasonable control, The Coast Ridge LLC will be under no liability whatsoever to you and may, at its opinion, by written notice to you, either cancel the retreat or take any other action as specified herein.

The Coast Ridge LLC reserves the right and absolute discretion to change any aspect of the program and or retreat necessary including but not limited to those that may be hazardous or dangerous due to any adverse or threatening condition whether political, military, terrorist, mandated for health and safety or otherwise, or is an act of omission of a third party which prevents the program and or retreat being undertaken in accordance with your reservation, participant numbers or for any other reason considered necessary by The Coast Ridge LLC.
