Preparing For

Your Adventure

The 4 day reboot is Thursday to Monday. Arrival at Stinson Beach is between 1:30-2:00pm on Thursday & departure is 10:00 am on Monday.  SFO --San Francisco International Airport is suggested and is about 35 miles or approximately an hour drive to Stinson Beach. We begin promptly at 2:00 pm Thursday, so please be prepared to arrive on time. Additional details about arrival will be provided upon booking. 

This is a hiking intensive retreat where nature is at the heart of the transformative adventure. Please be prepared to hike 8-10 miles per day with elevations gains up & down coastal trails.

Please be prepared to bring a comfortable pair of hiking shoes or trail runners, a 100 oz. hydration pack. Layered clothing, sunscreen & rain gear is strongly suggested. Comfortable fitting clothing suitable for stretching & yoga are advised. Most items can be found at your local sports store or online.  We provide yoga mats & hiking poles, filtered water for hydration pack refill & 3 meals each full day + trail snacks.

Upon booking we will need information such as name, age & general health, Including current medications, injuries & current level of physical activity.  You will receive an email with a packing guide after booking.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• 5 Days + 4 nights at a beautiful seaside estate in Stinson Beach

• nutrient dense plant based meals, three a day plus a light snack

• daily guided hikes

• daily yoga + exercise classes

• massage therapy for each full day 

• Other activities include sound bath, tai chi, mindfulness meditation, food demonstrations.

You are responsible for your travel to Stinson Beach with an arrival between 1:30-2:00pm on arrival day.

On departure day, there is one drop off at SFO Monday at noon. There is also a drop off at Tam junction, north of the Golden Gate Bridge and another on the south end of the Golden Gate Bridge. More information will be provided upon booking. 

BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of 50% is due at booking; final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.  Cancellations between 60-31 days prior to arrival, your deposit is forfeited. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, 100% of your deposit and the remaining balance of the total fee will be forfeited. We are happy to issue you a refund less 10% or transfer your payment to another available date with no fee, but only if we are able to book another guest in your spot. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged to all refunded payments. For Group reservations, full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival & payments are non refundable. We strongly recommend obtaining trip cancellation insurance in the event you are unable to join.  Our cancellation policy is strict. This is in place to ensure an incredible experience for all of our guests.
